We offer the following:
- On-the-job training and supervision to help you achieve your goals.

Benefits of working on staff:
- Transportation to and from the airport.
- Room and board (including the best camp food ever!).

- Travel stipend for those coming from over 350 miles away.

- Free CPR and First Aid Certification from American Red Cross.
- Free access to a licensed PA therapist for emergency mental health care services.
- Free access to nursing health care and OTC medication and first aid supplies.

- Workers’ Compensation coverage.
- Children of staff may participate in summer program at a reduced fee.
Staff must meet these basic requirements:
- Experience and/or passion for working with children.
- Graduated from high school and/or at least 18 years old camper arrival.
- Experiential or educational background in the creative arts, technology, sciences, education, youth work, Jewish Life, or fields related to their jobs at camp.
- Pass all required background checks and provide proof of any immunizations required by the URJ, the State of Pennsylvania, and the American Camp Association.
- New applicants must provide three references. Returning applicants only need to provide three references if they have been away from the organization for over a year.
